Terms & Conditions of Sale

These Terms are additional to this website's general Website Terms of Use. They cover sheet music purchases from Bryan Hooley t/a Crux Music Services: ABN 41 290 129 837 (we, our, us, ours).

Orders

Our catalogue is published on our website https://cruxmusic.com.au.

Orders may be made on our website or by email, or in hard copy. All orders must be in writing and must include:

  • your name
  • contact email address
  • delivery method that you require:
    • hard copy via post, or
    • direct download from our website
  • if you select post: delivery name & postal address, including postcode.

If you select postal delivery, you agree to pay our postage & handling fee.

We reserve the right to refuse postal delivery to certain locations or countries, or for certain orders, at our absolute discretion.

Payments

After receiving your order, we will email you our invoice with payment instructions.

We accept payment in AU$ via direct deposit to our bank account, or (for in-person payments) via cash.

Your payment constitutes final confirmation of your order. It is your responsibility:

  • to ensure that you have all the items on your sheet music order exactly right, before you send your order to us;
  • to check all the items on your invoice before payment; and
  • to pay the amount shown on the invoice in full, including any tax.

Delivery

After receiving your full payment, we will process your order.

  • direct download: we will email you download link(s).
  • post: we will pack your order safely in weatherproof packaging & notify you when we post it. Check the Australia Post website for estimated delivery timeframe.

Exchanges, returns & refunds

Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you have certain rights.

If you consider that your Crux Music Services purchase does not meet ACL guarantees:

  • it does not match your invoice (eg we provided the wrong download link); or
  • it does not match its advertised purpose; or
  • it is not of acceptable quality;

....or if you wish to dispute or change your purchase for any other reason: you must contact us within 7 days of delivery, with evidence of your purchase, your request & any alleged defects. We will seek to provide an appropriate fair resolution quickly.

  • Given the nature of our products & electronic downloads, it is often not practicable for us to provide exchanges, returns or refunds.
  • No hard copy return will be accepted unless the goods are in as-new condition and evidently unused.
  • Any postage costs for returns will be borne in full by you, except if we failed to comply with ACL.
